How does it all work?
Our process is built on collaboration, not just transactions. We've refined a three-phase system to ensure your vision is not only met but exceeded: Phase 1: Discover & Strategize. We start with a deep-dive conversation to understand your brand, goals, and audience. This is where we build the creative blueprint together. Phase 2: Create & Execute. This is the magic-making stage. Our team of creators takes the reins filming, animating, editing, and color-grading transforming the strategy into stunning visual content.
What is included in the video package?
Every package, from our Starter to Enterprise plan, includes our core creative services: professional editing, color grading, sound design, and a dedicated project manager. The tiers scale in volume (number of videos), speed (delivery time), and sophistication (e.g., 4K resolution, motion graphics, unlimited revisions). How long does onboarding take?
Timeline depends on the project's scope and package. As a guide: Starter Package (2 videos): ~7-day delivery Professional Package (4 videos): ~5-day delivery Enterprise Package (8 videos): ~3-day delivery Larger, custom projects (like a documentary or commercial) have timelines built around pre-production, shoot days, and post-production, which we will map out together in the Discovery phase.
